At Riff Raff Baby, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and securely package your items in their original mailing bag if possible.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. You will receive a tracking notification once your return is scanned into the system.
Receive Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
